If you are seeking less/more time we are able to design a package specifically around your desires.
We can offer a complete Vacation Package both on and off the water.
We are year-round residents and know about everything to do in and around mid-coast Maine. We can provide sailing lessons. More or less time aboard. Overnights at a different B&B. If we can discuss it, we can make your time with us the best possible and your Maine vacation perfect.

NOTE: Viva is a clasic 1939 46-feet wooden cutter rigged ocean racing yacht
designed for sailing any where in the world. She is seakind, comfortable and intimate.
3-Cabin (7-berths), 3-burner stove w/oven galley, icebox,
cold shower (hot shore-side shower available)
Therefore privacy is limited, as is overnight sleeping accommodations.

Main cabin sleeps 5 ( 3-singles and 1-double), the owners cabin sleeps 3 ( 1-double and 1-single)
and the (optional) forward v-berth sleeps two crew.
There is a private head (bathroom) - No shower (Shower ashore available).
Reasonably private over night accommodations for a couple
or 2 couples with three children are possible.
